Multan Fabrics Ltd is initiated by Mahmood Group in 2009, to provide the finest quality textile fabric to its customers. The company has been producing 250,000 volumes per month with sales worth US$ 4.08 million.

Multan Fabrics Ltd has been following and producing all the latest textile trends in the market. We specialise in manufacturing a diverse variety of apparel for our customers, through the high technology machinery and internal facilities of screen printing, carbon heat transfers, and flock printing. Moreover, to ensure and maintain a high-quality fabric, we have our in-house setup for embroidery. As our primary focus is on the promise of maintaining the best quality fabric, we provide special finishes of soil release, oil repellant, dry moisture management, water repellant, silk & silicone was and bio polish for the garments.

Our fabrics product range of knitwear comprises of fleece 2nd and 3rd, black loop terry, textured fleece, chain marl fleece, sub textured fleece, low shrinkage fleece, cross fleece, all-over printed fleece both in cotton and polyester, all types of pique, jersey of all types of weights, waffle interlock, mini waffle interlock, thermal interlock, mini thermal interlock, rib with and without lycra ranging 1x1 up 12x1, freed and auto and engineer stripe in wide range of jersey, pique, rib and fleece, lycra jersey, pique and fleece and many more.

Mahmood Group have 500 Air Jet Looms from Toyota and Picanol, Production capacity of 5 million yards per month. Whereas, 90% of weaving production is exported across the world.

We supply our products to apparel, home textile, and technical textile industries. Our customers are extremely satisfied with our fabric as we focus on providing the best quality, therefore we manage to produce 22.5 -130 inches width of fabric and high count threads up to T-600 along with the blends of 100% natural and synthetic fibers. Our expertise is in work wear, special uniform fabrics, fire retardant fabrics, dyed fabrics, tent cloth, sun awning, coated and non-coated abrasive fabric.

The spinning business started in 1972 and now it is operated under two different companies; Mahmood Textile Mills Ltd. and Masood Spinning Mills Ltd. We have 11 specialized production units with approximately 300,000 installed spindles, which results in the annual production of 140,000 tons of yarns that equals 7,000 containers. The annual cotton consumption is 200,000 tons and the production capability is from 4/1 to 120/1. Furthermore, there is a production of 100+ containers of double yarn per month. The export ratio of yarn produced is 80% and together it gives us an annual business volume of approximately USD$ 400 million.

We use a variety of raw materials imported from Supima, Giza, USA, Australia, and Indian to produce fine quality products for our customers. We never compromise on the quality of our products, thus we have our product development and quality control and assurance departments along with product development centers with specialized units for PC yarn and cotton knitting yarn products. We also have long term strategic alliances with our partners to meet, facilitate, and provide to their requirements. We have a team of motivated technical and management professionals. We are also certified from accredited bodies like CU, Supima, Egyptian Cotton, USA Cotton, Cotton Leads, FLOCERT Fairtrade, Oeko-Tex, BCI, and ISO. The spinning division can offer specialized yarn on made to order basis and it mainly includes all the natural fibers, regenerated fibers, and synthetic fibers.

Mahmood Group owns the largest ginning production area in Asia. We are the veterans in the game, as we have been operating in the industry for more than sixty years now. We offer fine quality products along with focusing on the contamination control from un-ginned cotton and eco-friendly yarn. Due to our high production capacity we produce 200,000 - 250,000 bales per season.

Mahmood Group owns 400 acres of land where cotton, fruits, wheat, and the longest staple matured fiber are grown. They are grown and overlooked by trained farmers that they are carefully transformed and examined into the premium quality fabric. To ensure the high-quality production of the products, the cotton is attentively handpicked by the farmers.
